Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on your location and chosen carrier. Remote and regional areas may take longer.

We deliver across Australia and New Zealand. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery address.

We currently ship dry goods only including biryani mixes, curry mixes, spices, rice, lentils and pantry essentials. We do not ship refrigerated or frozen items.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime from your account dashboard under My Orders.

You can choose your preferred carrier at checkout. We currently ship via CouriersPlease, offering fast and reliable delivery across Australia, and Australia Post, with an extensive network including PO Boxes and parcel lockers.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight and delivery location. There is no minimum order value. You will see the exact delivery cost before confirming your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. If your order is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it on your behalf. For remote or rural areas, delivery may take longer than the standard timeframe.
